Direct Response Marketing Ltd and websites within the group including (maxpharm.co.uk) have created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for our websites.

Our sites use secure and non-secure order forms for customers to request products and/or services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address), medical information (from the declaration which the customer completes online) and financial information (like their credit card numbers) for the purposes of processing and sending the orders.

Customer's personal (medical) data is collected purely to allow our Doctors and Pharmacy to process orders and is used for no other purpose, nor is it disclosed to any company or person other than is necessary for the completion of the order. The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the customer when necessary.

Customers do not receive automatic e-mailings via DRM, but may receive direct-mailed re-order reminders and occasional newsletters or informational emails. Customers may opt-out of receiving such future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services.

We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web sites.

Some of DRM's web sites deposit certain bits of information called "cookies" in a visitor's computer. Cookies are sent back only to the web site that deposited them when a visitor returns to that site. We use these cookies to tell how you found DRM in order to improve our advertising efficiency, and for no other reason. This technology does not collect personal identifiable information; the information collected is in an aggregate, non-identifiable form.

Your personal information is never sold or disclosed to any other company or organisation which is not immediately necessary to process and send your order (i.e. the DRM appointed Doctor and Pharmacy).

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Direct Response Marketing is registered with the Data Protection Registry and conforms fully with the provisions of the data protection act.

Children's Guidelines

This Web site meets the guidelines of TRUSTe's Children's program.

DRM do NOT collect online contact information without prior parental consent or parental notification, which will include an opportunity for the parent to prevent use of the information and participation in the activity. Without prior parental consent, online information will only be used to respond directly to the child's request and will not be used for other purposes without prior parental consent
